The range of ChompR Fishing Products are manufactured to our specification and orders then imported and marketed by us to be sold within New Zealand and Australia.
Goods ordered from this online store are supplied and delivered within New Zealand by courier upon receipt of payment.
Goods delivered by courier are sent with signature required, so the customer should be signing a receipt to the courier company on arrival as proof of delivery.
Should credit facilities be offered to wholesale customers or retail outlets the goods are supplied subject to these terms and conditions of trade, the goods remain the property of ChompR Fishing Products until paid in full. Failure to complete the payment within the terms of the agreement being on or before the 20th of the month following supply would result in the customer being liable for interest, all collection and recovery costs.
Goods are supplied from this online store in compliance with the New Zealand Consumers Guarentee Act, we donot have to provide you with a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarentee Act to provide a remedy which might result in the product being replaced or a credit applied to your account.
